In celebration of International Women’s Day (March 8), it is inspiring to share incredible stories and shine the light on women breaking barriers and making progress in their respective fields.

Press KL came across an inspiring story shared by Mr. Warren Fernandez (Public Relations Marketing Communications Director at ASCOTT Limited) on his LinkedIn wall.

Mr Warren is proud to shine a spotlight on one of his remarkable team members, Azeana Azman, affectionately known as Anne.

According to Warren, Anne is not just a graphic designer at Ascott Malaysia; she is an embodiment of resilience, talent, and the power of diversity.

Despite being deaf, it does not stop her from excelling in her profession and contributions to Ascott’s cluster Marketing, PR, and Communications team.

In a bustling corporate environment, Anne’s creativity knows no bounds, and her ability to communicate through her designs transcends language barriers.

Every project she touches is infused with passion, precision, and a unique perspective that inspires us all, shares Warren.

Meanwhile, when Press KL contacted Anne, she shared her happiness working with her bosses and the full support received from her team members at Ascott.

Anne who hails from Kuala Lumpur, studied Diploma in Graphic Design from Saito College, Petaling Jaya (2009-2011). She joined the Ascott family after attending the Job Fair at KLCC.
