Seoul, South Korea, 1 October 2024 – TM Global, the wholesale arm of Telekom Malaysia (TM), has extended its partnership with global cloud infrastructure provider Radian Arc for another two years.
This collaboration will expand TM’s cloud gaming offerings in Malaysia and extend services to the Middle East and Africa. It will utilize Radian Arc’s GPU Edge technology and the low-latency SHAKS Gamepad from partner AKSys Co., ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
At the signing ceremony in Seoul, attended by Malaysia’s Minister of Communications YB Fahmi Fadzil, TM was represented by Khairul Liza Ibrahim, Executive Vice President of TM Global, while David Cook, CEO of Radian Arc, signed for the company.

The versatility of GPU technology can be extended beyond gaming offerings, allowing us to cater to a diverse set of workloads and meeting the evolving needs of our customers.” said Khairul Liza Ibrahim.
The partnership will also enable TM to explore new services like Bandwidth-on-Demand (BoD) and GPU-based solutions, offering high-performance applications such as AI and Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS).
David Cook, CEO of Radian Arc, stated that their partnership with TM will enhance TM’s services and expand into new regions, providing businesses with the necessary technology to succeed.
This collaboration supports TM’s goal of becoming a Digital Powerhouse by 2030, positioning Malaysia as a digital hub for Southeast Asia.
