A video uploaded by a child showcasing a pair of fake shoes given by his mother has gone viral on social media, particularly on TikTok. The child’s mother, Puspa Diyana, 40, explained that she bought the shoes at her son’s request as a birthday gift.
“He said, ‘Mom! Arman really likes the design of those Alphafly shoes, but if the original ones are expensive, just find me the fake ones or something similar to those shoes.’
“He made content with those shoes, and then he was criticized by his peers and even adults,” she said.
Despite the backlash, she was surprised by the overwhelming support from people wanting to help her son, to the point that she had to decline some offers.
“During that time, I received countless messages, and I want to say thank you. For him alone, he already has 10 pairs of shoes, and there are still people who want to send us more. I also tried to decline those offers,” she said.
