In celebration of Deepavali, Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Center presents a unique culinary experience, Savor the Spice Symphony, running from October 21 to 31.
This special 10-day event, led by Chef Kavi from Ibis Chennai, brings the warmth and authenticity of South Indian cuisine to Malaysia.
Featuring a traditional banana leaf dining experience alongside an extensive buffet, the menu showcases a vibrant array of dishes, including rare items like vathakulambu and poriyal.
Chef Kavi’s thoughtfully curated menu invites diners to immerse themselves in the flavors of Deepavali, with a feast of South Indian favorites and traditional spices, all in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
This buffet is available at a price of RM59 for adults and RM49 for children on weekdays (Monday to Friday), while on weekends and public holidays, the price is RM79 for adults and RM59 for children.
The buffet’s operating hours are from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
To add to the fun, there will be live buskers and a 10% discount for in-house guests and Ibis members.
